I have 6 years of experience as an SAP ABAP consultant. I am currently working at CTS. The issue is with my first company, Syndon Technology, which is now closed. I was only receiving 14k in cash, so I do not have a FORM16 or bank statements. I have successfully passed a background check from my last company, Syndon Technology. However, CTS has raised some concerns. They mentioned that my documents are insufficient and that the current Managing Director of Syndon Technology provided negative feedback about me. The documents I have are as follows:
1. Offer letter.
2. Offer acceptance email.
3. Resignation acceptance email.
4. Payslip.
5. Release letter.
6. Experience letter.
What should I do now? Am I going to lose my entire career because of my first company? Please provide me with some suggestions.
