Hi. I was terminated after 2 years of joining due to bgv issue because of mentioning incorrect employment. Previous employer sent show cause notice as well for the same. However I do have the experience letter mentioned Reason of leaving as TERMINATION.

And if I get a new job and mention the genuine company or experience, can my BGV fail due to the REASON OF LEAVING? as the BGV team will be reaching out to the previous employer via email.

IF YES, Is this the end of my career?

If NO, how to explain the same to the HR?

I understand the mistake from my end and I don't want to sabotage new opportunities.

Please let me know on how to proceed in this situation.
