I was offered a job of Enterprise Account Manager in my offer letter, basis which I accepted and joined the Company. Post reporting and joining they informed me that the person to whom I was hired as replacement has decided to stay back and they offered me a different job of Commercial Account Manager.
There is a huge difference in the new role offered as the Enterprise Account Manager was purely a farming role, but the Commercial Account Manager role is purely hunting and acquisition, which I am not very comfortable with.
Kindly let me know how I can take this up with the organisation.
