i joined in one of nbfc after one month i realised it is not fits me well.i decided to abscond and didinot go to office since then. now they sent me a unauthorized absence memo to my address after 23 days.in that they told me to submit your explanation within 3days what should i do now.should i send resignation through mail(i cannot go to the office directly to inform them).what actions may they take if i didnot respond to the letter.
