hi ..i am not going to give you any ready made format ...you can tention incorporate basic details like no of training man hours..no of training hours...details of back up trainer.. average score of each training session...average no of participants...no of retraining conducted...
i hope to start with these details will be sufficient later on map it with competency mapping, and if retention is also a part of your group then also add attrition and retention data tenure wise, department wise, location wise, designation wise, average span in organiztion wise..etc.
if you still feel details are insufficient mail me at will mail you the format.

I am actually looking to send a report to my immediate superior about my curent batch details it could have the details like name, address, marks, performance etc.,
and i also have to send a consolidated report on a half yearly basis ..
could you help me with the template.....

I have attached a template. This is from my memory which I was using in Titan some years back It was an exhaustive report and had more details You can approach someone in Titan for their latest MIS format They must have improvised on it
