I'm in the process of making my project report(MBA), n my topic is relating to Attrition and Retention, n my target is the Hotel Industry.
For my theory aspect i've thought of including the attrition rates of diffeent sectors/ industries, but i've been able to find the data only for the yr 2007, could anybody help me out to give me the figures for 2008-2009. I would be highly obliged.
Just for a clear idea i'm attaching the data for 2007 which i've found.
