Dear Satish,
In the corporate world, there are two types of motivation: positive and negative. Positive motivation involves motivating employees through monetary benefits, recognition, new incentive schemes, and new welfare schemes such as tours and visits. On the other hand, negative motivation includes actions like warning letters, deductions, penalties, etc.
Now, you have to choose which type of motivation to implement.
Sincerely

Hi,
You can try something like an outing for the kids of your employees. It can be an educational tour or a fun outing. Alternatively, you can take them to an orphanage where they can spend time with other kids, and you can conduct a game show for all the kids. However, while taking them to the orphanage, please ensure that their parents are given proper instructions to accompany the kids. You can also issue company-sponsored T-shirts to all the kids to maintain uniformity.
Apart from this, based on your employee strength, you can hold events/initiatives like face painting, Health Magic, etc.

Dear Kumaran G,
Good suggestion given by you, but I want to know in detail about the event mentioned by you, such as face painting and health magic. This way, I can also present this proposal to my senior and implement it in my organization too.

Hi Babita,
Please find below the details:
Face Painting - It's a competition where a 2-member team can participate. One will be a model, and his/her face will be painted by the other participant. Judges can identify the best painting based on criteria such as color combination, theme, and message, etc.
Health Magic: Every week, a health tip (email) will be sent to all employees. We will also have a doctor on call. Twice a week, the company doctor will be available in the office premises for a few hours. Activities like blood donation camps, dental camps, yoga camps, etc., can be organized monthly. Many hospitals are interested in corporate tie-ups, so you can contact good hospitals for these events. Additionally, there are volunteers who have connections with large networks of blood donors. In case anyone needs blood (for emergencies or CSR purposes), we will circulate the message within the company to help save lives.

There are a lot of ways to motivate the employees, and it is also a very important part of an organization to run effectively. First, you must make them trust you. Don't give any false promises.
I will continue later. I have 30 years of experience in HR, Production, and Quality Assurance with a very successful career achieved through this. I always give importance to motivating employees in three ways: where we are, what we prioritize, and the potential effects on our organization. However, you must also ensure they understand that the benefits of their work will be rewarded only at their yearly increment. Nonetheless, you can offer work incentives.
I will explain in more detail later. I am currently short on time.
