Please do not request for questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information about the project: what's its goal, objectives, place where it will be used, etc.

Instead, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Form your hypotheses to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html. Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology.

Have a nice day,

Hello sir,

Thank you for your precious suggestion. I would like some help from you. As you know, my topic is motivation in terms of rewards. The material I have found so far is not sufficient. Could you please help me by sending some material on rewards and recognition? I do not need to include the monetary aspect in rewards such as compensation and incentives. I just need to focus on recognition in my project. So, if you could send me some material on this, I would appreciate it.

I am not fully aware of what the term "review of literature" means and what we are supposed to do in this topic. If you could also send material on the review of literature, it would be a great help.

I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

Thank you,
Prateek

Dear Prateek,

I am sorry to state that I do not have material to send. However, I can guide you to find it for yourself. Please go to Google.com and type "conducting literature search" or "conducting literature review". Also, access any scholarly article on the topic of motivation. Then, follow what expert authors have done in reviewing literature. If you want to narrow down the number of hits, search for "literature review" + "rewards and recognitions" + "motivation".

Please let me know how you go on. Please send me a private message of what you post in this thread.

Have a nice day.

Simhan
