Yes, it's really worth having an R&R for the HR team as well because, at the end of the day, they are also hungry for recognition apart from the tough times they go through in their routine work.
You can include:
- Star of the month: Monthly recognition given by keeping in mind the overall job done in a particular month. You may specify the areas you want to consider while giving away this recognition (e.g., Recruitment % completion, HR Compliance, HR Operations, ER, Grievances handled, Employee Engagement Activities, etc.).
- You are a Winner: Instant recognition for completing tasks before or on time without any errors.
In fact, we had these recognition items in my previous company.
