Do you have any policy wherein employees who show interest in overseas learning can receive certain benefits, reimbursements, paybacks, or any other terms and conditions while pursuing education abroad?
A few of our employees have expressed interest in studying abroad, and the company has permitted them to do so. However, we do not have any policy or standard operating procedure (SOP) in place to outline the educational and company terms for these situations.
