I've completed my summer project (MBA) on topics of Attrition and Retention in the Hotel Indutry and i'm in the process of preparing my project report.
However there is a doubt and i want it clarrified by you all.
I''ve managed to find attrition rates of various sectors as an overview for my introduction section.
But, I'm confused whether the data is accurate or not hence kindly suggest which is the correct one for the current period from the two mentioned in below in the attached document.
Your help would be highly beneficial for me.
