Dear Aparna,
Good to note that you would take up the internal trainer program. You may teach them presentation skills to begin with. However, any training program must focus on change. Therefore, before trainers conduct training, they should be absolutely clear about what organizational change they will bring about through the training. When your focus is on the organization, your concentration will shift from personal to organizational change.
Examples of organizational changes are customer satisfaction index and various ratios related to different departments.
