Dear Puja, Please review with management what they are expecting from their employees. Also please confirm what they are expecting for the Management. You will get lot of answers....

Apart from what Prashant says, another suggestion is to assess each member of staff and evaluate the real need. If you are an internal trainer, you will have all the time to give individual attention. To help an external trainer, the assessment is essential. Accordingly, the module can be customized.

Dear Puja,

We are an online training solutions provider company from Ahmedabad. The details of the solutions, which are called LMS (Learning Management System), are as below:

LMS (an Online Portal) is software that you can use for the administration, tracking, and reporting of training programs. It tracks and monitors the training programs - which training is taken by which learner and when. It generates a detailed report as well to keep for your records. The system becomes very useful for all the learners who can take the training at their own location, and you can deliver the same training to all the people across various geographical locations/branches.

For more details, you can visit empowerbpo.com. Please share your views with us. We want to have feedback from your side regarding emPower LMS.

Dear Puja,

First of all, you will have to ask your management the following questions:
1. How much are they interested in the training setup?
2. How much are they willing to invest in the setup?
3. Will the premises be hired outside of the hotel or within the hotel?
4. What is the investment in teaching aids?
5. Is the training a regular feature for all employees or occasional?
6. Are there more questions to consider?

"Training is an investment and not an expenditure."
