Dear Anil,
I am a Bangalore (India)-based management training consultant. I conduct soft skills training on a variety of subjects. The benefit of hiring my services is that you will be dealing with the faculty directly. I myself conduct the training and do not outsource it further to anyone. I have also been the faculty for many public workshops.
The uniqueness of my training includes:
a) Very strong content
b) Focus of training on reducing costs, especially invisible costs
c) Training is learner-oriented. It will incorporate all modern methods of learning like case studies, games, and simulations, etc.
d) There are a few unique aspects in the training programs. Some case studies or games and simulations have been developed by me personally, and you will not find them on any website or in any book.
e) I have been conducting training for many years. Today, my training has significantly improved due to the feedback from participants over time.

- Telugu, Hindi, and English speaking facilitators required
- Vizag location
- Able to simplify the Training to a basic level for employees. The typical qualification of the participants is 10th / 10 + 2
- The majority of them are Telugu-speaking participants
- We would be attaching a Management Trainee or suitable participant who would contribute towards Content Development
