I need help on training and development as I have joined a company related to the print industry. Here, I have been asked to organize training and development every month for all employees, including service engineers, salespeople, web development, finance, and admin. I have to choose the topics on my own and deliver the training myself, not from external trainers. Please provide me with some related topics for all. We are planning to conduct it on the last working Saturday of the month. Also, suggest some good short motivational movies that we can show to our employees after the training and development.
