Writing to you after a long time. Hope all is well with you with Almighty's grace. Here, I too am fine and have fully immersed myself in HR activities. Day by day learning lot. I have also joined Welingkar's for MHRDM part time course.
Well...we are looking out for youth with zeal, enthusiasm , and dynamic , also a graduate and diploma holder for the position of Sales Executive . He will be given all his freedom to explore the market and also a good pay package of 1.5 to 2 lacs ( CTC) per month. Even MBA freshers or diploma freshers are also welcomed. Grooming and fantastic communication skills are by default skills for any sales person.
Sir, if you can recommend someone or if any one interested or say looking out for such type of job , I will be very grateful. Our candidate search will end by 05 th Aug 06.
Also besides a Sales Executive, we are also looking for 3 or 4 Zonal Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager ( East, West, North , South ). A very hyperactive, dynamic, smart, also having managerial skills to control and guide the Sales Executives.Good personality and communication skills , Necessary to know atleast one major language of that particular zone. For East = Bengali, West = Marathi, North = Pure Hindi, South = Tamil and Kanada. All ZSMs should be MBA with 5 and more years of Experience . A go getter .He will be handling 4 to five states and is expected to know Marathi fluently. Pay packge wud linclude 3.5 to 4 lacs per month.
Inventory Officer : (Location Manchar,62 kms away from Pune) : Incumbent should stay at Manchar. He should be atleast a Dip in Materials Management. He will play a key-role in implementing strategies and decision -making. Has to be aggressive. He should be capable of managing men and materials both. Good leadership qualities and Inter-personal skills required.He should be able to speak and understand Marathi well.He should have 2 -5 yrs of similar work experience .
HR Executive :( Location Manchar,62 kms away from Pune) : Incumbent should be a Dip in HRD or PG in HRD or MSW. He has to stay at Manchar .He should possess 2-5 yrs of experience in the same field.He should be able to speak and understand Marathi well. More than recruiting , he has to take care of training and development, performance appraisal and IR.
HR Manager : Planning , Controlling ,designing modules, and all decisive matters has to be taken care of by him. A necessarily MBA of MSW with 5 yrs andabove exp in the field.
For all the above salary is not an issue. It shall be the best for the best of the talent
About Morde : Morde company is into chocolate manufacturing and cocoa processing.It is fully institutional and industrial. It means all the who's who of food industry like The Taj , Barista, ITC, Parle, Britannia, ITC, HLL ,Cafe Cofee Day, Monginis,McDonalds, Vadilal,etc., they take our products to process and make their items. The chocolate coating,chococream,chocopaste etc, that one finds in cakes, pastries a, ice-creams, the chocolate is provided by us.It is a family owned business and it is twenty three year old organisation with 50 and above crores of turnover.
About Manchar :The plant of ours, i. e Morde Chocolate is located here. The total strength over here is 215 employees. It is quite a developed place with schools , colleges and other institution. Even a family person with his family can stay there . It is complete with urban facilities and other necessary requirements.

Hi Moushmi,
I read about those recruitments in your companies. I am interested in taking up an HR role. I have never worked ah HR as yet. I have an work expereince of 3 Years in Administration. I have also done my Diploma in Human resource from Wellingkar. I am currently doing my post graduation exam for Part- 2. I understand that though there is no requirement for an HR executive right now, but keeping my qualificatons posted for any such opportunities in future.
