I am an HR fresher. Previously, I worked in a political consulting company as a Central Resources Member for seven months. But now, I want to pursue a career in the HR field. I completed my post-graduation in MBA HR last year.
I am currently feeling confused because during interviews, they mention the need for someone well-versed in payroll or with practical HR experience. I seek your guidance on what steps I can take.
I would also appreciate it if anyone could share information on payroll software or any other resources related to salary calculation structures, attendance records, etc.
