You are asking to process or to learn things?
You can calculate PT on below calculation.
If gross salary is below 10000 then no PT.
If gross is between 10,000-14,999 then 150/-
If gross is 15,000/- and above then 200/-
PF calculation varies from company to company based on the policy.
I can share some information to calculate
If Basic+DA is less than or equal to 6500/- then 12% on Basic & DA from employee side and 13.61% from Employer

Hi Sandhya.G.

Welcome to HR domain. It's necessary you have to seek every materials related to your profession and gain knowledge day after day. Every minute is a learning opportunity and keep learning always. As a fresher in recruiting you have to first learn about the practices, channels etc. followed in your establishment. Master all formats of documentation. Seek guidance from your seniors and colleagues. Try to avoid what mistakes others committed in the past. Know your organisation, its growth plan & scheduling them, requirements & essentials, types of personnel needed and where to approach, Problems being faced with attrition, present scenario, future expectations from you, what you can deliver & what you cannot and so on. Responsibilities differ from post to post. Nevertheless no one will prevent you learning things more and more. And above all you should have indepth knowledge of Labour Laws, statutory documents, stipulations etc. Of course it's a long drawn process and you have to start right away.

This link I came across just now which I suggest you to have some tips.
