First let me be very clear, there are no institutes in this world, which will teach you as per the latest trend... If anyone says that he is teaching as per the latest trend, he is faking it.
Now, what is exactly in you mind, when you say latest trend.... Laws change as per the demand in the business or transactions or by virtue of bringing in more clarity to the act. Therefore this will change as per the need of the hour.
Therefore, being in touch with current law updates, business news, seniors in the organisation. Also, be in touch with your local HR Groups for current discussions.
