Dear Gayathri
You have experience both in HR & Sales. What is your current responsibility? If it is in HR, the chances would be good. However if it had been in the beginning of your career it could be a tad difficult.
Designation is something that can vary from company to company and seldom you will have choice to get a desired designation, unless it is for some top post or you are a sought after candidate.
If you are trying to get a full time HR role, you have to see the expectation of a prospective employer. Another fact is that you would be competing with those who have been all along in HR.
Getting qualified in a HR course might also would help.
You have to think on all the positive points that will strengthen your candidature and try accordingly.

Your interest to work in HR dept is most welcome. For this you must devote to your work sincerely and work hard. There are so many things to learn. If you have qualified in HR field doesn't matter slowly by virtue of your work you will gain the knowledge. But we can see your work load list, the most of the things are differ from the HR field.
