Greetings of the day!

I was working with an IT educational company two years back. I applied for PF withdrawal from the company, fulfilling the required process for the same. However, for the last two months, I have not received any reply from the company regarding its processing, and the HR department is not responding to my emails or calls. I need support from your end regarding this matter.

I also have a query: all of my senior management team members (who were working with me during that period) have left the company and they also have not received their PF. Does this affect my ability to withdraw my PF?

What should I do in this situation? The company is based in Chennai, and I reside in another state.

Hi Priya,

EPFO has launched online services for employees to access information without the assistance of any organization. If you submit your claim at your office, remember to provide your company PF code and your PF number. You can then check the status of your claim online through the link "KNOW YOUR CLAIM STATUS." Additionally, if you wish to inquire about your balance, use the link "KNOW YOUR EPF BALANCE."

Another important link is the member portal. Please log in to this portal and download your passbook, which contains the monthly PF contributions remitted by the company.

Don't worry if your claim is not processed; you can transfer it to your present organization.
