Writing a winning CV is not as tough as you might think -- as long as you know the basic rules. We invited readers to send in their CVs, which were analysed by HR trainer and CV expert Kshipra Singh. Among the numerous responses we received was GA reader Shruti Jain's CV. Here we present her CV along with an analysis and an edited version.

Hi,
Read through your entire blog, whatever you said is true not only in your state but all over , so now hold the job you are in, and get the job what you get , keep learning all those and wait for an opportunity to imply your knowledge and then when your knowledge is recognised in the organisation just put it on your resumes.
wait ...........

HI,
I was told that, as a fresher, its not right to enter into recruitment as one may not be able to have a good career path.. Is it true?
Is there any particular domain in HR to enter as a fresher? R taking the recession into consideration, should we take up any HR job tat comes our way?

Hi Nisha
You are right because of recession, there are no calls at all...it is also true that unless you have experience, you will not be considered for HR Generalist profile. But keep on trying you will get an opportunity and don't miss it.
All the best.....
