Based on my experience in the field, I would like to know more about your company and information about what kind of gaps you are trying to bridge by these training before I can suggest the programs. But based on the info right here, here is what I would like to say -

Training is mostly known as a tool to fill in the gaps in the skill sets employees have and the required skills. Globally , people are talking about a little different perspective to training , which is a little more than the skill set. We can also consider it to use as one major engaging activities also.

So that we can have more than one out come by doing a training it will give a better ROI.



The Idea is to improve productivity, cohesiveness, culture etc. whether we are thinking about technical, behavioral and soft skills training. I think from longer term perspective, companies has to think about combination of training which not only increase knowledge, but improves engagement levels, improves connections and hence inculcate a culture of connections.
