Dear Shivani,
You could have given a little more information about your post. Why have you raised this query? Would you like to conduct the training program on "[Inventory Management](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wfwViQbtdjndEgLFyTFldJDa5dRXCQwU1AmOwqaVv7o/edit#bookmark=id.jk5gsn94qyef)"?
Abundant web resources or books on inventory management are available. However, to understand this subject, you need to have a Maths background. For normal inventory management training, a minimum of 30% numerical calculations are involved. For advanced inventory management training, the numerical calculations may go up to 100%.
Inventory management is not exclusive as it depends on two other factors, i.e., "[Vendor Management](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wfwViQbtdjndEgLFyTFldJDa5dRXCQwU1AmOwqaVv7o/edit#bookmark=id.3sfjz0dingz7)" and "[Demand Forecasting](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wfwViQbtdjndEgLFyTFldJDa5dRXCQwU1AmOwqaVv7o/edit#bookmark=id.mr7dl4ulxb1)". Therefore, you cannot overlook these two subjects.
Lastly, but not least, the training on inventory management has a definite goal statement. ROI on this training is perfectly measurable, i.e., inventory carrying cost before the training and after. Nevertheless, first, we should know how to calculate inventory carrying cost scientifically. This is yet another challenge. For me, it took three years of study to solve this challenge!
Thanks,
