Dear All,
Its a great pleasure to see the valuable guidance regards the salary range of Hr Executive......
I think in kolkata the person having MBA degree+ 2 years of experience may get a salary bracket of 15k to 18k net take home.
Many of my x colleagues who have relevant exp. in manpower sourcing CO. are now getting the salary range from 14k net take home to 18k net take home.
Having 0- 1 year exp MBA in general are getting salary range from 8k net take home to 12 k net take home per month in kolkata (in Mid size organizations).
If any of my friend can offer a salary of more than 18 k net take home per month in Hr field then please refer the opportunity to me......I will be grateful to him for ever..
The fact is --- salary of HR executive depends on--
1) Location 2) JD i.e HR generalist or Core Or simple into recruitment, 3) Type of industry , 4) the Organization giving offer.
Those who have exp. in generalist/core HR/IR are getting more advantages in salary negotiation than those who are into recruitment only.
Feel free to call me or revert me on mail for further clarification....

Hi,
It will be around Rs.7000/- to Rs.12000/-
Since the experience Quoted here is only 0-1, that is fresher, I will suggest that; don’t bother about salary this time. Make this opportunity to study and to gain experience. After gaining at least 1 to 2 yrz you can think about salary hikes, bargaining and all.
