Hi,

Appraisal/increment letters to Directors/Managing Directors need to be more professional and motivating. Please try to prepare a draft and share. The letter should thank them for their contribution during the period under review, show appreciation for their leadership skills, mention any special accomplishments, etc.

While I don't have any issues providing you with a ready-made draft, it would be more beneficial for you to try and prepare one yourself to improve your writing skills.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and commendation for all your leadership, passion, commitment, and concern to contribute towards the growth of this great organization.

We are delighted to inform you that your annual compensation for the period 2019 to 2020 has been enhanced to _____ with effect from _____ as per the break-up attached herewith. We are confident that you will put in your best efforts in the coming years even more efficiently and in the best interest of the organization. The other terms and conditions as per your initial employment letter not covered in this letter remain unchanged.
