As you have recently completed the HR course, you need to learn the relevant matters and acquire knowledge in all aspects to effectively handle the affairs within the organization. This process will take some time, so it is important to be dedicated and sincere in gaining this knowledge. Avoid rushing through the learning process.

Hi Senior,

I am a 2013 MBA passout student. So, if I go for SAP HR/HCM, will it work for me to step into MNCs as an HR? I have confusion regarding the course, whether to choose SAP HR or Oracle HR. Please suggest me. I heard that there will be openings for 2 to 3+ years of experience only to get a SAP HR job.

Thanks,
K Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,

I read your requirement for an HR job. I know one of the best HR payroll processing companies in India. You should consider applying there; maybe you will receive a positive response. Here is the link: [Payroll System in India | Payroll System India](http://www.remunance.com/).

Hi Sandeep,

Sorry to disappoint you, but just by learning SAP HR or Oracle HRMS will not necessarily get you a job. Unfortunately, there are few fresher openings, so what you have heard is true that requirements in the SAP market start from 2-3 years. Regarding the question of choosing SAP HR or Oracle HRMS, I would say both are equally good and reputed companies. Both are market leaders in terms of ERP.

Why don't you concentrate on your core HR skills? I am sure that you could land a good job. There are good openings in core HR domains as well.
