I have also an experience of working on night shift.This situation is 100% happening that property damage rate is maximum in night shift. What I have experienced about such issue I think 5thing always matters the reputation of such unsafe work culture:
1. Exacess budern of work to meet the demand of organisation
2. Less payment scale for workers
3. Lack of rest time ( 6 nights shift work in a week ;culture is the main reason behind all property damage)
4. Ergonomics of worker ignored.
5. Lack of training to workers those who are responsible during shift work.
