I have been working at a pharmaceutical company for the past year. Recently, the company terminated my employment without providing any proper reason. While termination is not the main issue, what concerns me is that they have been delaying my full and final settlement by almost two months. I have been diligently submitting all company property and 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) on time.

It appears you are still under probation period, check your terms & conditions of the appointment order; there may be a 'termination clause'. If you have proper documents, you should issue a legal notice with appropriate applications towards claiming your EPF (if you are not transferring to a new employer). Since you have only one year of service, you are not eligible for gratuity. There could be proportionate leave in your E.L/PL leave accounts, which can be encashed.
