Sanjay, I am actually an HR trainee working for an EPC co. right now.. I am training under a lady whos the training head for cogeneration division. The thing is i gotta design a process manual for training.. that is to make an SOP for training. If you cud pls fwd me whatever material u have, it'll be great help
