Hello, my senior colleagues,

I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking guidance on the exam study guide for the HRMP course and any available sample questions. I would appreciate it if you could assist me by providing relevant course materials for the HRMP programme as I have recently registered for the examination.

Thank you in advance for your help. I am looking forward to your response.

Hi Bukkie,

Could you share your qualifications and experience if you have any?

I suggest that you study well instead of looking for sample questions, answers, or any kind of material. Such materials can only assist you to some extent in clarifying your exams but will not help you understand the concepts better, leading to an incomplete understanding.

For example:

Under HRMP (Human Resource Management Professional) study, notes may provide specific answers to certain questions. By reading and learning them, you may pass your exams to some extent, but they will not provide you with a deep understanding of "Interpersonal Skills and Development." Without understanding this, you will not be able to achieve the purpose of your studies.

Studying sample question papers or materials will not help you acquire Leadership Skills, Business Communication, Process Management, or other necessary knowledge. You will not even have a basic understanding of Organizational Development through this method.

Now, it's up to you to decide what you want to do and where you want to go. I hope you understand my intentions here.

Again, I recommend studying from the books and materials provided by your college/university. You can also speak to seniors/mentors and seek help from friends or family, but make sure to spend time with books.

Books are indeed our good friends, while notes can only act as temporary companions and cannot provide us with what we truly need.

All the best.

Dear Arora,

Thank you for your feedback. It would be appreciated if you could recommend some books, as you emphasized in your response. The intent of the question is to gain insight and learn from the experiences of other people (senior colleagues) who have taken the program or a related one and to receive advice on career advancement in HR management.

Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Hi Seniors,

Can you please suggest how these certifications differ and which one would be the best option to opt for?

Dear Bukkie,

I fully agree with what Mr. Anil Arora wrote to you. It's reading books that truly develops your understanding of the subject. In addition, I would suggest that you read as many case studies as possible (apart from what you would have in your curriculum). Many business newspapers/magazines these days carry good articles on personnel management. Read them whenever possible. All this shall widen your horizons.
