Hi all, have a good day! Recently, I became a training manager in my organization. Dear all, this is a new field and a new responsibility for me, but I have past experience in soft skills training. Now, I have to conduct employee training special for each department. Please help me with what I should do and what is most important for me to learn. I want to leave a good first impression in my first training workshop in front of employees and management. Please guide and teach me about the employee skills matrix as well.
Please also leave your cell number if possible.
Thanks and regards.

Dear Suhma,
Congratulations on becoming the Training Manager. I wish you a successful tenure.
You could have provided a little more information about your industry or company. What is your finished product or service? How many employees do you have, and how many departments do you have?
You need to study the systems and processes of each department and identify the training needs. Your training efforts should address the business needs as a whole before focusing on the department's needs. If you focus solely on individuals, effecting organizational change will be challenging.
I provide consulting services to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) scientifically. If you wish to refer to my profile, you may click here. In the profile, read the section about TNA to get a better understanding of training activities.
Thanks,
