Hi, I am working in a Telecom Company as an HR Executive.
Please tell me, what is a skill matrix? How to set a skills matrix for Marketing people? What is the process for that? What is the difference between a competency matrix and a skill matrix? If possible, please clarify my doubt with examples of formats for each.

First of all, the matrix that you have developed is extraordinary, and I really benefited from it. You will have to pardon my ignorance, but I could not exactly gather the abbreviations in the row headers beginning with OE, C&T, EE, PMKS, R&R, ED. If you could update it (there is considerable space in the row header columns) and repost it, it would be beneficial to have a common understanding. What I understood from OE is "organizational evolution" and the last one ED as "Excellence Delivered". Or if you could put the acronyms at the bottom of the sheet.
