Dear Seniors,
I've to prepare a detailed flowchart on staff exit process. It should contain every single aspect that comes in process.
The flowchart should either be on powerpoint or on word.
I've found certain related posts but didn't find any flowchart.
Please help as it's quite urgent.

Regret to say that no reponse to this query came up.

Thanks a lot for your quick support Rakesh.
One more thing to understand, if an employee wants to get his/her notice period waived off, where and how to show, who has the control over it (who approves it), what an employee doesn't serve full notice period, and how & where to show this in the flowchart?

waiver of notice period pay is the prerogative of HR head. There is generally no fixed policy for this, however it is decided on the case basis. Rakesh

Thanks Govind and Rakesh,
But my query is still there....i have to consider all possible scenarios in the flowchart like, what if employee doesn't serve full notice period, if serves only half notice period, what if wants to get it waived off, if yes then who is authorized, so on and so forth.
Please think over it and let me know.

Hi Ditti,
Just add in flow chart before exit interview employee should submit a clearance paper which signed by store in charge,accounts and then personal dptt which shows that with employee no more dues left.
secondly when someone resigns that time it is signed firstly by his succeeding boss he write on remark column any special requirement of employee in days for handover process but even if employee wants to go in emergency then that decision will be taken by higher operational management.as generally paper comes from their side so at time of exit this issue will become no more overdue.
