I have received my EPF as my company is a trusted exempted entity, so the entire process involved submitting the forms during the exit process on my last day. I submitted my Form 10 C for EPS, but the amount has not been credited yet. When I contacted the employer, they provided only one response, "will check and come back to you," which has never happened before.

Later, I lodged a grievance with the PF office, and they gave me the following reason: "This is in reference to your Grievance registered under Registration Number MHPUN/E/2019/XXXX. It is noted that your grievance is considered non-actionable due to the following reason(s): it is hereby informed that this office has not received Form 10 C for the aforementioned EPS number. Therefore, please contact your employer for the submission of the withdrawal form."

Please advise if there is any workaround for this situation; I have been chasing my own money for almost a year now. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You need to contact your employer's PF Trust only for Pension contribution. It is not clear in your post about your total years of service with your employer. If your service period exceeds 10 and above (9.6 years and above), then you are eligible for Pension only after 58 years or with reduced pension after 50 years.
