I wanted to check with you all if any of the companies in Bangalore have relevant job openings for a PWD Technical Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in the same field. The candidate is a PWD (Person with Disability) Locomotor, who is diligent in her work but may require some adjustments from the employer to complete assigned tasks.
She is currently not employed and can join immediately. She is not willing to work remotely or freelance.
Are any of you aware of companies in Bangalore that accommodate employees with Locomotor disabilities? This candidate was previously hired based on her disability, but after a few months, her employers and team did not consider her disability, expecting her to perform and deliver at the same level as her colleagues.
