Hi,
Its really a pleasure to see HR Community in Qatar.Infact i dint know that such group existed.Anyways am so happy for it.
Am woking as an HR in one of the trading and contracting company here in Qatar.I have got 2.5 yrs experience out of which my major exposure was into recruitments.Now i have only 5 months experience in Qatar.I am given a job of setting up an HR system in this organisation.Initially i had no clue as to how to go about it,but when i searched in Citehr,i could found so many useful informations.
But still i would seek the help of the Citehr members of Qatar to help me in this regard.Your advises and informations will really be of great help.
