Hi All,
I desperately need fun activities for stress management training for software engineers & team leaders. As it is going to be just two hours session, so i would be limiting it to trainer led discussions & activity based learning. I would really appreciate your response at the earliest.

Dear Maanu
You shall have role play with two to three persons:
The activity shall be like one person(Customer) calling the other one over the phone and bursting out for the completion of project. And the person whom he intends to talk with is on leave. So how is manager and peers are going to deal with the scenario.
As a trainer, you can act as angry customer and slowly tell them based on the reactions, how stress works on either side of the ppl.
This activity actually takes half an hour depending upon the enthu of participants.

Thanks for the advice & for the explanatory ppt, however i have had already tried the query box, but no relevant results popped out. Perhaps as you suggested, i would try again by changing the topic slightly this time around.
