Dear Guhan Ram,
You are going to start a training institute. Students or professionals would be your customers. Your product would be contents of the course. Your business success will depend on the course contents and delivery. However, as of now you are not clear as to what should be included in the course curriculum. Is this not contradictory?
I recommend you doing study of each topic and develop content on your own. Yes, you may say that it would tantamount to reinventing the wheel, nevertheless, when you reinvent the wheel, you reduce the chances of misalignment of the wheels.
You may find that my suggestions are assertive, nevertheless, this assertion emanates from my 16 long years in this business.
Thanks,

Dear Mr Guhan Ram
You have mentioned seven topics to be covered in two months.
Telephone etiquette
E mail writing
Stress management
Confident making(? – Personality development?)
Time management
Customer service
Interview trainings (training for Interviews)
You can add at least one more from the left out topics like Body language, Communication, Leadership, etc
Even if you decide to have one topic per week, eight weeks are accounted for.
The syllabus coverage will depend on whether you want to have one hour class, half a day programme or a full day session.
As seniors have advised make sure you employ specialists for the job.
The quality of your draft leaves much to be desired, to do it all by yourself.
