Its been a long time since i have posted... but i guess you have compelled me to put a post... I sincerely felt that the document attached is a great source of learning to all and specifically for freshers...
I myself have joined newly in an organization in the ER role and must say that the document helped me a lot in gaining knowledge in the statutory parts of PF and ESI etc... and specifically the various forms and accounts that were required to be maintained.
I once again thank you for sharing this doucument and contributing in improving the knowledge of the fellow group members, including me.

The document will not open for you if you do not have Microsoft Word or a program like Open Office installed on your PC. Open Office is free and will read Word's .doc files.
Even if the poster was to send the document to you, you will still not be able to open it. Solve the basic problem first.

Hi Rohit,I went thru your article/ manual.. good work..I have something that you can add on to your good work.. if you could use more of the formats( application blank, exit interview form,formats used during campus reruitment) & so on..Hey you have just designed a HR manual.Keep up the good work...all the best.

NO DOUBT it is very very nice.....a small request...if possible try to give some more information in practical like .... theoritically understand that what are the forms to submit in PF, ESI. But practically what are the chalans and forms to fill and submit on which days....
