My boss is looking for engagement activities in our company regularly with new initiatives in the policy. Please suggest to me the new HR activities that can be implemented.
So far we have monthly rewards, EM meetings, Quarterly celebrations, Holiday on birthday and anniversary celebrations, Optional holidays.

Dear Sree-Creative,
You may create additional employee welfare measures based on the length of the service and the level of performance.
Going further a welfare measure should not be for the sake of it per se. It should improve the productivity also. Therefore, introduce newer employee training measures. Introduce measures to improve employees' business acumen also.
