Dear Precious,
I can understand your requirement on SAP HR and willing to share on that. Its good to hear that you have 3years of experience upon MBA. I strongly feel that before you take up the course on SAP HR try and figure out why are you willing to go for it, say for building knowledge, skills, monetary benefit,etc...
You may go ahead and learn SAP-HR, but never have a wrong thought your career is based on SAP. SAP is just a tool, that has streamlined the different functional wings of Organization, and HR is one among them.
Hence before learning SAP HR think about all the HR verticals that you have expertise. Tap your SAP knowledge in daily operations.
Always remember ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning) evolved first and to bring this ERP concept live in different industries SAP as a tool emerged.
Hence the Knowledge on (HR) is first and Tool as (SAP-HR) is next.

SAP is a technical course where in you learn how to encode all the data in a standard format in any division--say HR or marketing,,,,
As HR contains all the information of employees, its application is vast.
For course, the institue from Siemens is in Masjid Moth--south delhi,, search on net, u'll get their contact no.
Although its quite expensive but placement is really gud.
