I am working in an HR Recruitment Company. I have been using only Naukri to source fresher profiles. Is there any other way to source fresher profiles apart from free job postings on Naukri and Monster?

There are a lot of companies providing training to young, fresh graduates who come out of college. You can simply post a small query on this forum or on LinkedIn, Facebook, Quikr, OLX, or Indeed. You will receive thousands of responses in your inbox by next week. All you need to do is prepare a job description and define the salary structure. Thanks.

Hi All,
Greetings for the day!
I also work in a recruitment company, and getting hold of a fresher is not so difficult. Naukri portal is one of the best job portals to get hold of any candidate irrespective of his years of experience. Monster, Shine, Indeed, Olx, etc., are some of the job portals to find freshers. LinkedIn is also one of the best ways to reach out to them, as I personally believe that students who are out of college will have Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as basic social media apps on their mobiles. Campus drive is one of the easiest ways, as it is free of cost, and the placement officer in college will also be privileged that his candidates would somehow be placed.
Thanks! Thejesh

Apart from the options mentioned by Mr. Thejesh, you can also consider headhunting. However, sometimes it is necessary to align with your specific requirements. For instance, if you are searching for candidates in isolated locations, you may not discover suitable candidates through online systems. In such scenarios, headhunting proves to be a more effective option.
