Hello All,
I am writing this as these days I am looking to switch careers to SAP. However, I am quite confused as I possess 5 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition in reputable organizations like HCL and JKT-Noida. My current designation is Senior HR Executive - Resourcing. Currently, my role is target-based. It's continuous; if I am unable to bring business to the organization, they may let me go.
By the ALMIGHTY's grace, I am capable enough to achieve my targets. I need suggestions as I am considering switching my career to SAP HR/HCM domain. Should I make this move, even if it means starting as a fresher? Kindly suggest what I should do - proceed in my current Talent Acquisition role for future growth or take the risk to switch to SAP. If you have any other career suggestions related to HR, please share.
My qualifications are B.A. (English Hons.) + MBA in HR (Regular).

Hi Shazia,
Learning new technology, especially SAP, will be an added advantage. You have good experience as well, so I don't feel that you have to start as a fresher after completing SAP. Nowadays, SAP centers place candidates in good companies after the completion of the course.
Do some market research for SAP courses and go for it. My best wishes to you.
