This is Raja from Visakhapatnam A.P I passed PGDBM with HR in 2012.And I have 2.6 yrs experience as Placement officer in a NGO and Shifted to HR Executive to Pharma company for the same salary of Rs.12000 P.M with 3 years bond increments as per performance and joined in that company recently
I request you to suggest me whether my decision is correct or not.

You only need to sit and ponder over the reasons as to why shifted from placement officer in an NGO to HR post in Pharma company. and that will answer your query. My personal view is that the shift may be good from the point of view of multi dimensional job profile of HR Exec, if you have inclination for it.

Your changing from Placement Officer from NGO to HR in a Pharmaceuticals Co. can be a good start. As a PO., your role canbe limited or restricted; whereas ur role as HR in a Mfg. has a great span to administer all works affecting Human resources of the Organisation; if you properly exercises & deserve it.
