Subject: Job Description Before Joining an Employee vs. Finding a Job After Joining

Some organizations hire a candidate before defining any job description, and after the candidate joins, they find a job or work for them. While we understand the importance of having a job profile description before hiring a candidate, this practice can have negative effects on existing employees and the organization, as it creates an unhealthy work environment.

Dear member,

You have written, "Some organizations take a candidate before defining any job description, and after the candidate joins, they find a job or work for them."

If this is happening in a few companies, it is akin to digging a river when the bridge is already constructed! If some business owners prefer putting the cart before the horse, then there is little that can be done! However, you have not mentioned how you were affected by this practice. Have you personally experienced this challenge, or were you simply a witness to it?

Thanks,

Respected Sir,

Greetings.

Thank you for replying to me. Sir, neither have I personally experienced nor have I witnessed this type of situation, but I just want to know why a candidate is hired without a vacancy or work profile/requirement/specific job description.

Thanks.
