Subject : Job description before joining an employee vs finding a job after joining.
Some organisations taking a candidate before define any job description and after joining a candidate, they find job or work for them.
As we know the importance of job profile description before taking a candidate but due to this practice what effect may occur over existing employees or on organisation, because this type of practice is making unhealthy environment.

Dear member,
You have written that "Some organisations taking a candidate before define any job description and after joining a candidate, they find job or work for them."
If this is what is happening in few companies then it is tantamount to digging for river since the bridge is constructed!
If few business owners prefer putting cart before the horse then nothing can be done! However, what you have not mentioned is in what way you were affected due to this contrary practice? Have you personally experienced this challenge or you were just witness to it?
Thanks,

Respected Sir,
Greetings,
Thanks to reply me.
Sir, neither I personally experienced nor I witness to
this type of situation, but I just want to know that why a
candidate is taken without a vacancy or work profile /
requirement / specific job description.
Thanks.
