Maternity leave if child has expired after 9 days from birth - Can I avail 180 days?

I am covered under Uttar Pradesh government service rules and have applied for maternity leave on 24/07/19. My baby was born on 09/08/19 but unfortunately passed away on 18/08/19. Can I avail of 180 days of maternity leave starting from 24/07/19?

Yes. in this case delivery has happened and leave admissible is to take care of the employee’s (mother) health. Therefore, you will be eligible to get 26 weeks maternity leave.
