Dear
This is to inform you that none of the labour relating to grant of E L or P L is applicable to construction sites. In my opinion there two laws which are relating to grant of El i.e. Factories Act, 1948 & State Shops Act but in your case both the Acts are not applicable. Offices of construction site may be found covered under Shops Act of the respective State if that area where the office is situated is covered for applicability of Shops Act.
