Neha...
first of all... relax.
I don't know how big is the recruitment firm you are attached to but one thing you should and must appreciate that recruitment is an indispensable part of HR.
The easiest way for you is to enter into recruitment team of a company where they are serving only internal recruitments... however, you must exhibit strong recruitment skills to them at the job interview.
You are on a right track... don't worry. Complete your MBA... be a better person, a positive person... the world would change for you. Just think positive....
Learning oracle HR would definitely help

Hi Neha,
Sorry I am replying late.
I completely agree with Mr.Sudhir Wagh.
I would advise you can join some practical training centre for HR professionals in your area for Payroll, Statutory compliance etc. OR you can approach your friends / known people handling HR Generalist profile who can guide you.
Also keep reading cite hr threads regularly to update your knowledge, the same thing I am doing.
Also first be clear where you want to go - HR Generalist OR IT. Focus your field and go ahead.
Best wishes.
Regards,
Vaishalee
