May I correct you on point 3 above. One can withdraw their pension fund before completing the 10-year contribution period. However, pension funds cannot be withdrawn after the 10-year contribution period as the contributor becomes eligible for a pension.

Yes, you can withdraw your PF and Pension amount through your UAN login. You are also eligible for Gratuity.
If you are planning to join another company, I would suggest not withdrawing PF money but transferring it to your new employer's PF account through UAN login. Transferring PF money will be beneficial to you in terms of bulk savings for your retirement. In four years, you will become eligible for Pension as well, which you will receive after you turn 58 (subject to transferring PF money with the same UAN number and total service of more than 10 years).
